Agreed H but if resolution of PE is thrown in, that could lift a big cloud that currently hangs over us. Plus, I also believe that whatever the outcome of PE is, WPL will still be there in SNE and so if we are already in bed with them, why not extend the relationship to the block next door.
What I am not clear on, is whether the PE saga is actually WPL's problem. Surely they must have some warranties from COP regarding this.
