CB I'm sure you would be well aware that the CPSA has a legal obligation to provide accurate statements, if you have evidence to the contrary then go ahead and act on it. Making wild suggestions on this forum is a waste of time. I have trust in the CPSA I think they have played an admirable and fair role and I believe they have the shareholders best interest in mind. That's more than I can say for the Alternative Board, I have said it before and I'll say it again I question their motives.

I also would point out that I like that OptionCo has a Top20 shareholder, Mr Howes, with 2.7Million shares on the proposed board, lots of 'skin in the game' so to speak, that counts for more than board experience in my books.
