It takes more than just have some experience in O&G to run a company and run it porperly. Especially when it has to be dragged out from the big brown mud. And it takes more than a Lawyer or some Bush Lawyers too.
It takes a good umber cruncher person with plenty of experience to drag them out and, besides been experienced in preparing documents and present them to some prospective financiers too, he/she then has to keep a close eye on the purse too.
Unfortunately the geos and CEO/MD's don't like these men and/or women because it restricts them from doing what they like and spend or waste money like there is no tomorrow.
You are heading in the wrong direction mate. Way way off mark here. IMO it is about time that reality will start sinking in for, if you don't you are playing into the hands of this Board which IMHO, is useless.
