a person with some honour and integrity would have declined the award.
but not our Dan - happy to gloat and posture one more time.
all he could cowardly offer to the families of the 800 dead was "I can't recall" - just to save his own hide.
that is the sort of disgusting person he is - not one worthy of any award.
and whoever nominated him should be ashamed of themselves.
