There are two different Prudentials, but we don't have to concern ourselves with working out which one to consider here as both companies are life insurers and general finance houses (like AMP or Perpetual or Maquarie Group), not general insurers (like QBE or IAG). Comparing QBE with either Prudential isn't terribly helpful as they are in different inustries.
