And that yearly low is just above the Book Value Per Share of QBE (around $9.20).
Crazy values.
As it stands you aren't paying much of a premium over the book value now. And for that your still getting a decent Earnings per Share and dividend.
As it stands the COR is still after the provisions below 100. So this company is still making money.
