@Andesite I agree with earlier comments in this thread you intentionally try to mislead people with false information. The ABG does not hold any shares in BCL, they are all still with PNG Government. More to the point, the ABG would start with 36.4% of BCL being the development company. After accounting for their estimated AU$10BN capital expenditure, what % of the development company do you anticipate ABG will retain ? Your claim that they will end up with "much lower level of ownership" through RTG offer is again grossly misleading. RTG Mining Inc have made no offers, they are a minority holder inside of the Central Joint Venture. Unless you can compare the level of equity ABG retains post Capital Expenditure Dilution on both proposals, you are misleading people. I have seen some details on proposals of both sides. Have you ? Do you know how much the Landowners are being offered under each deal ? Or are you here spreading misinformation ?
