I fear that 11 million net cash is not the sort of safety buffer any producer would be comfortable with in this tough gold mining environment.
I guess anything's possible, but it's unlikely FCF will cover the following:
FID and growth cost refers to.

* Portal
* Ventilation
* Decline development
* Access drives
* Resource definition, extension & grade control drilling
* Mining contractor mobilisation.

Capital raising is widely despised by the wider investor/trading community.
Most people focus on the dilution cap raising causes instead of the potential project de risking and accelerated growth potential.
If management raise at the right times (during SP upticks), CR is a great way to fund growth.
It's great to see the SP is continuing to march higher.

I'm a glass half full guy as well but I prefer an ice cold beer.
