You forgot these too. They have commitments to pay lease installments.....which represents a form of borrowing.
Although.....if they do what they say they will do.....the turnaround will be dramatic.
But, I do think that Ladytradr does sound like a used car salesman sometimes....rather tedious and without a balanced view inclusive of what could go wrong.
