The implied outcome from the news releases is good for us holders because we may have dodged the insolvency bullet. However, what poses a big question is what is the "post deal" structure? Are we selling OZL as an entity and spinning off a few key assets to a separate company? Or, will it be a protracted MM takeover with a condition of sale of PH et al? And last, but probably not least, will MM be buying each individual asset and holding them "privately"?
