Also, I don't think Cathay can make a non-binding bid at this stage under the Corps Act. I think the press is the only way they can make their intentions known.

I have no doubt they are all at the table. That's why we are in suspension. Let's see what eventuates, but plan A has to be to continue with a capital raising. It is then up to Cathay if they want to make a binding bid or not, but they have a few more days to make a call.
