The only discussion I see happening between Sampson and CFC would be how much golden handshakes he and the board will be getting for recommending the T/O.
How will Sampson act in the best interest of shareholders when our interest and his aren't aligned. He holds ZERO shares in DML (sold all 1.5 million shares last year before the bid, and then claim that the CFC bid was undervalued. Really!!?), ZERO options, or any other stake in the price of DML.
The only discussion I see happening between Sampson and CFC...
