Bubsmark, correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm under the impression that this CR is only necessary because our marcap has fallen to $165M before the planned Project Financing Restructure (US$200-$250M).

So, once the bid is confidently understood that should get our marcap back up quickly (even at 68c our marcap will be $330M) to execute the financing without a CR.

Any company should be able to last 3-6 months without immediate CR (how much notice did we get, 2 week??). But then again, knowing Mr Brad Sampson, all of his credit cards are probably already maxed out and behind on his mortgage that he had to sell his DML shares under $1.70, and yet claim that it was undervalued. Right, Brad..?? ;)
