It doesn't take two weeks to raise money.
There is either;
1. Something seriously wrong with this company and no instos want to participate in the raising or
2. The Chinese have made contact with DML to commence a discussion for alternatives.
Maybe DML can place stock with CFC at a premium up to the maximum 19.99 allowed with the agreement of an $x bid once the 4 months is up?
