Thanks A15, for pointing that out to me - I must confess that at the time I didn't read it as thoroughly as I should have...

I mean "technically", the lenders could have said you have broken the agreed covenant terms and we want the whole loan repaid right now - I bet CF wish that it was they who held the loans because they could have grabbed DML !!

I see that DML have since remedied the problem which is fully explained in the March 26 ann "Approval of Project Financing Restructure"

Something I did notice in 19 Feb ann was that they valued "property, plant & equipment" at $313M - its unbelievable that the market only values DML at half its Plant & equipment value.
