Lynas up only 3 Euro cents (3.8%) on the Frankfurt bourse and only 1c on the NYSE.
I guess there will be no re-rating of the SP until Lynas physically have the TOL in their hands. Its the PSC who will issue the TOL. They will table their findings early next week but now will wait, I assume, until Lynas have met the two additional conditions.
Any pending court case against the ministers decision I dont think can prevent or suspend the issuing of the TOL.Lynas cannot ship the raw material from Mt Weld until TOL issued.
So more fun and games next week in what has been a very frustrating year for all concerned.
