even after tol is officially announced, the price isnt going to go through the roof. there isnt someone sitting on the fence with $500m waiting to purchase shares on market and drive the price up, its just not like that.
expect to see very slow gradual gains from more good announcements like first shipment, LAMP running, first production, first sale etc...
$1.10-$1.20 short term (2 months)
$2 by years end
$4 by 2014-2015
