There's no rush, well at least that appears to be reality. Does anyone have a copy of their latest milestone timelines?
One thing is for sure - when the market eventually tops and we hit a liquidity crisis, hedge funds starting liquidating and banks squeeze, the prospects of finance for this project will look dimmer than it does today.
