determining risk and balancing that against reward is not so simple and much less so if the only thing you focus on is reward, it doesn't take a scholar to conclude that your risk is unknown and worse, not managed.
if you think that is gold class, then its likely you will continue to suffer endless pain in stocks you enter
with respect to Simon... he gets paid well to perform a function specific to this stock and the care of shareholders... my expertise and intentions are misaligned with his function
the board simply needs to met its published commitments and appropriate ASX disclosure - simple stuff
