Eagle888 is right, we should count the boats that are successfully turned round as arrivals.
Ditto the boats that would have sailed if Rudd has won the election should be counted too.
In fact count any boats, longboats, showboats, houseboats, count em all.

Debacle is correct, no boats, no drownings, no benefits shoppers, 90% of whom are still happily jobless and sending money home 5 years after arrival. Debacle!
