Miles the problem at this moment in time is not so much about increasing supply. The problem is getting people to want to live where the supply can be provided.

Until the societal changes I have outlined take place we will still have a problem.

They all want to live in the same areas (within 30km of a few city centres), they all want lots of space for themselves, and they don't want to share with a bunch of other people.

Are you beginning to see why I have so much faith that prices will keep rising (in those areas)?

Show me changes to our choices and I will show you stagnating or even declining property prices.

Show me a continuation of less people under each roof, moving to the cities, larger bedrooms, larger lounge rooms and I will show you increasing property prices.
