whereas return from dividends usuallys stays the same. As prices go up divis go up as well.

As result most property investors have heaps of money tied up in their properties

Also you find their houses are more than what they need so money that could have been profitably invested and giving a return eans virtually nothing.

I have therfore formed the opinion that they have messed up their lives because of their blind greed and strong desire to keep up with the Jones.
