Aha, that was nice, thanks, but it was totally useless mate.
Right back at the start of the thread I asked "Can someone please explain to me how, in the light of the information below, property prices are supposed to drop 40%".
I was sincere in that request and no one has been able to tell me how it can happen.
I even spent a long time exploring various scenarios and trying to get a grip on these claims (of yours) that a massive drop is coming. Please take the time to read through it all.
When you say something like you have in your last post it really does not address the question. How, in the light of this shortage of housing, prices can drop at all let alone the 40% you have forecast.
So I am still waiting for someone, anyone, to put some meat on the bones of the wild claims in many previous posts.
