At the AGM last year total votes cast for each resolution was between 27 Million and 45 million.
At the EGM last year total votes cast for each resolution was around 37 Million.
At this EGM today the collective recorded in most instances between 100 and 130 million … just for the collective. By any measure that is an excellent result.
The average votes against the collective was around 350 Million. From memory around 400million rights shares were issued in the last two months to CVI friendlies. The collective lost by around the same amount as the rights issue appx. so the support for the collective was outstanding. Well done everyone.
Now , if I read correctly the resolution for new bonus options was defeated and withdrawn by the company? Was there ever any intention to truly have bonus options?
