    He recommended the Options and then the Resolution was defeated by the same voters who voted against the Collective. IMO he will use this to show the new voters were at arms length, not pre-arranged and therefore not a sham. "I wanted those Options, but the bliters voted them down! See ASIC; They aren't my mates!".
