You surely are kidding by saying "contact ASIC" they are not interested in small shareholders concerns believe me, i have first hand experience. Useless fat cats only in existence to collect their wages. Therein lies the problem, people will continue to fall victims to unscrupulous self interest company ceo's and directors until some real police take real action, they make themselves look busy by issuing 50 please explains a day when a share price goes up, but are not so questioning when the reverse happens eh ? ASIC are an irrevevelent waste of space, give the job to the fraud squad, at least it SOUNDS more menacing than ASIC, and they couldn't POSSIBLY do any worse. I'd say what i REALLY think of Tony D'Aloisio and his cohorts at ASIC but i'd be suspended for life...but you can read my lips. He retires in May with a no doubt massive golden handshake...for doing what ? Over and out.
