I have been doing my local "grass roots" due diligence with BEN.
Lots of questions asked in an attempt to get to the bottom of the declining share price.

According to the latrine officer at head office, everything is squeaky clean and the bank is flushed with success.

She cannot understand why BEN shares are so low.

She thinks the dividend will be maintained.
Check out the fully franked yield !!!!!.
Profits will increase.
She sees no trouble with any low doc loans.
"Business", so to speak, as she sees it is booming.

Standing room only in the male latrines.(However....Ladies...Mention my name & you'll get a seat.)

There are spare bog rolls in all the cubicles to cater for the increase in business.
(In an economic drive by management 3 sheets only are allowed..... 1 up, 1 down and 1 to polish)
She thinks the ANALysts, as usual, are constipated and full of it in their thinking.

She thinks BEN is a buy.

And so do I.... but then again I already have a night-cart full........so to speak.
