Dear Archer, I fail to see the humour with the western world doing very little to help the people in Gaza who are being killed at will by the Israeli army. What is funny about jews going in to homes inhabited by Palestinians and giving them notice to evacuate so that jews can occupy their houses. Recently there was a US citizen who was beaten to death when he visited relatives and jews entered the house and demanded possession. The US made a very meek response.
Did you know that in the past few years approximately 15,000 Israeli jews have moved from Israel and settled in southern Cyprus. They have dual Israeli European passports. They have purchased land, built houses, established schools and synagogues. The areas that they have settled just coincidentally happen to be around the sea-port and the airport. They have told other citizens of Cyprus are being told that this Jewish settlements and to stay out. The Greek Cyprus Government has tried to intervene and the settlers have told it that it is anti-jewish.
Why is Israel so interested in real estate along the eastern side of the Mediterranean Sea? Is the presence of 12 trillion cubic feet of natural gas a factor in this interest?
