Quitely accumulated while in Moscow last Northern summer. It held pretty steady@ 3cents for some time.
Now they have the $ and while they have no CEO ( previous CEO gone to Eddie Rig- Argonaunt) its time they indicate a clear plan of drilling both south of Jubilee and in Qld. Royalties are nice (sure a nice p/e )- but a bit of blue sky drilling wont hurt. Note Market Cap now ~ 100m.
