I too, was not to keen for that amount of shares given to the directors. Though if it gets them moving and adds an incentive, perhaps it may be okay.
Any way after the consolidation the amount of shares....
Bulls and Bears, what does it matter, it is a forum full of humans chatting about shares and gambling. Believe 20% and you may still be wrong.
