When's the best time to enter a stock ?? While everyone else is sleeping!! UTO has been " flying under the radar" for some time now and is on the verge of some significant announcements . It only takes a read through the past quarterlies and investor presentations to notice that the land holdings that UTO are exploring are rich in high grade mineralization which is a bonus when further near future drilling on these tenaments take place. Atleast it won't be hit and miss they know they have the minerals there just how much is unknown!
