Hi gassed, just to clarify, with respect to 'in the ground resources' the comparison I was making was not to ourselves (I think we all know the resource is there), but to other companies who also have a resource, but not the management ability to ultimately be able to do the deals to get it out of the ground.
I mean I'm sure we could all name a dozen companies who would seem to have the resource and 'could be', 'if only'.
We don't have to worry about that, seems we have a management team that 'can' and 'do'.
