Respect your veiews and you have nailed it on the head, POOR MANAGEMENT, The MD no qualifications,The Accountant (ran a bus company in UK) no qualififcation for mining, The GM no qualifications, the Mine Manager no qualifications, Mill superintendent - no qualifications. Yes agree get rid of Management put qualified people in and turn the company around, the community of Charters deserves it. However, if the mine could be turned around why hasn't someone taken over? There is real doubt in the ongoing viability of this mine site. Why hasn't Australian investors or companies shown any real interest in CTO? Or rather why have other potential investors walked away?
