Thethreems, I've gotta do more research on this stock but so far I'm not convinced that this can't be mined economically by people who have a lot of mining experience.
Also it's not uncommon for companies to spend 5 or more years attempting to get into production. It's not like walking down the road and buying a pizza, especially some of these underground projects. You really need to know what you're doing and it can take a lot of time to get in sync with iron out the wrinkles of every project.
It's yet to be proven whether or not CTO can make this work, but they sure have been trying for a long time and must have gained some pretty solid experience of the project in that time.
One to watch at this point and nothing more than that.
