Yep "no brainer" we are right with you, we hear Citigold(public knowing) have to have a new Plan of Operation by May 2013, we all hope they started doing their background data for a Voluntary EIS, Mmmmmmm doubt they can afford consultants,therefore no PoO and therefore no EA (no licence) to go under the town of Charters or all ML'S etc,and existing mining.
We really hope they can get through this but again with unqualified people it will not happen,
It is a mine not a pizza shop, Ooop's maybe it is, that the way they manage the place, or I should say that is their (No quals)way they manage !!!!!!!!!!
