gmt I'm not giving you or anyone advice of course , as I'm just a mug investor like everyone else on this forum.
I think the company should clarify a few things that's all - it owes its long term shareholders that much.
Re: current real costs - are you sure that Development costs will eventually decrease with scale here (I'm assuming that's what you're hoping for as a long term investor) ? .. assuming of course production scales up ?
After all you need to tunnel through x volume of dirt to get to y ounces of gold - and I would logically expect this x to y ratio to remain relatively constant irrespective of scale.
So if Development costs (Access Tunneling ) have been averaging $1,000/oz thus far I can't see how they will come down with scale.
Can someone correct me if I'm wrong here ?
