I seriously doubt CFC are shorting the stock.
Reason for the sell-off is that Citi dusted off their 50c price target again on Fri evening. Funny the timing - they wait until the day that everyone's stock was returned.
It is clear what is happening here as the cycle is repeating again. CFC will be back in a few months with their revised bid. I am willing to open up the floor to guesses. I reckon $1.40.
