I'm laughing at that Monte Carlo valuation... it assumed the stock was fairly valued in the first place. What if it's 50% over-valued?
If he discounts the stock price before by 30%, it changes the valuation to ~$11 instead which is not as appealing.
Too many fund managers holding that stock trying to pump it up so they can dump it.
