What I am hearing is that James is being swamp with interest in the remaining 25,000 acres.
The key going to be buying back the converts as they are too dilutive to current shareholders (remember James owns 11.5 million shares and never sold one), then get an offer for the whole company as this is the most tax efficient method for Australian shareholders.
So looking at the chart, if some throws out the baby you looking at 36 cents (then its a screaming buy) and upside north of 80c.
Just a bit of time needed and the risk reward works for me
