Guys this is a LIC, so it really doesn't have much in common with MFG. There's no catch up to be done. The share price will roughly trade in line with the net asset value of the investments. So the return you should expect is roughly equivalent to an AUD international shares fund. Given that it is trading above NTA (post tax at least) and there's significant dilution from the options when they are excercised, this doesn't look like a great option. You would be better off in the unlisted version IMO
