    It's always a 2 way in and out - buyer for every seller - turning over the base price.

    Tuesday turned 84,000,000 shares with a $0.0129 VWAP yesterday sat quietly with the only real sale being the 10M dump in late trading and still it maintained a $0.0124 VWAP on 23,000,000 shares. Can call the 10M dump what you want into yesterdays close but i'd lean to bought on credit and forced out T2.
