    trading at a 39% disc to NTA based on concerns of the exposure to Great Southern (GS). GS only 13% of the portfolio.

    Assuming distributions BBSW+4% as per lower end of guidance, cash DPS approx 14cpu, being a cum-adjusted yield of 12.1% at $1.20.
