It's about 67% margin lending; so if you don't like that type of exposure its not the stock for you.
The performance of this part of the portfolio has been excellent - losses very low both in absolute terms and against forecast.
My understanding is that repayment of this part will occur in a 13 month window b/w Sep'10 and Oct'11. I don't believe that a reduction in the underling portfolio will lead to large prepayments (but am not an expert on this). Assuming that losses remain low, investors can expect perhaps $1.40 in capital to be repaid at that time.
