A penny dreadful should run on the smell of an oily rag as OBL used to. The directors salaries should be set at a level that the company can afford. As OBL is constantly running out of cash I would suggest it can not afford these levels. I would be the first to agree with you if Neil actually had a win, but so far this has alluded him and the company. If he is co confident that what he is doing is right, he should put his money where his mouth is and reduce his salary by about two thirds. That is what I would say is a fair salary for his work at the moment.
