I was once a holder of TOE. Bought in around 6 cents and sold all when it peaked to 8 cents. Since then it has been all down hill.
The rate the management burns through their cash with bonus and salaries is directly propotional to the decline in share price.
By the time the U price gets back to the economic level to start building a mine ( 3 years as many holders mentioned here), at this rate of decline in SP, it can get as low as 1 cent. By then there is not much left in the bank to fund a mine, either a big CR or a cheap TO by someone else.
Cant see this management doing anything to have positive effect on the SP apart from delisting from ASX , cost cutting to preserve the cash and values for current holders until U price gets back. Other than that this is a sinking ship and Im sorry to say this.
