Remember profits go the patient. Let them play their games but remain focused on the Goal - long term sustained profits. The value of the share is based on the expectation of profits and the discount rate. The discount rate gets smaller the more certain the profits are. The patient will benefit from sales (that I believe are imminent) and more distribution channels are being signed. Hold and make bigger acquirers sweat trying to find someone that will sell them their stock.
