Did the salvage venture which was announced late July get underway in August and is it currently in progress with the expected end date Oct.
If so where did the syndicate get the millions of dollars to contract the salvage operator?
If not is it because BMZ did not hand over the $2m nor any other interested party or other reasons such as only $13,000 raised?
