Yup... mkt has little believe that buyback will kick in or that 50.1% of holders will accept. If the 2 major holders take the offer (and its 50:50 imo) then every other holder can sell for just under 1.50 as offer goes 'live'. So is current SP a bargain at 1.28/1.285??
