Having disclosed that your sister own some EXT shares, you must dislike her to talk down her investment.
You should move on and try to spend your time trying to discover the next EXT in the making. I would like to point you in some directions but that is called cross promoting.

If you feel that you need to make money as soon as buy in, I suggest the Forex trading. I have invested in EXT since 2006 I think and they have been many a times of frustration when my other cousin stock took off and EXT was left at the starting line. This one is a distance runner with stamina not a sprinter that run out of gas. Difference between long term investing and steroid trading.
