It seems that everyone is holding his breath. We are trading at a little premium to the placement. The market is relieved to see the back of P.W. In my view he was the source of Intec's "chronic ill health" I am rather peeved that we have to pay him a year's salary,but it is money well spent to get rid of our Achiles Heel(we were paying him anyway to enjoy his charming smile & humour) Now we have K.R. as the CEO & the largest holder(nice to have a CEO with large vested interest...He is not just another employee) Also the "small number" of investors that took up the placemement was probably because of K.R. We should see major change in Intec's "personality" to one that is responsible,frugal & perhaps a good achiever at last. It is a turning point for Intec. Regards all.
